T0day, Hao Min and Bilson went for the finals of the Mobile Animation Challenge 2008. We may have gave them morale support, but they din't manage to grab a place in the top 3...BUT there are still more competitions for us to compete in and win, Titans Prepare 4 GLORY!!! *lol*

Guy, I tried my best to come up with a nice and cheap design. This is the final design. The T-shirt will be black. Here is the designs:

Today, Robotics packed up the various rubbish cans, i mean, competition boxes. Then it was all hell for Johann & Darren's group as they were made to do 60 squats in total. Then thanks to Edison, everyone have to stay back and pick the logo. Finally we are released at 6.19pm.

CCA-18/8/08

Damai Robotics Slacked today...We listened to Mr Kang(Trainer) as he Debrief us and ask for suggestion on how to improve our CCA.Well there is quite a lot of ideas including a CCA T-Shirt.
We were all told to coe out will a T-Shirt Design each while Mr Kang ask us some Question on 'DISC'. Our Senior then told us that we were to packed up our Robotics Set on Thursday >_<...No running away,as even if u run away on Thursday u will still have to packed up some other days which is worst as u maybe packing up alone by yourselves. And to Every1 that have access to this Blog Pls leave ur name in every post and also in Tag Box. That about all for today .

Congrats!

Congrats Singapore ! A medal drought at the Olympics finally ended at Beijing 2008. Remember to watch today's gold metal match against world dominating champion, China at 7:30 pm on Channel U.
We finally broke our own medal drought as well last Friday with our junior doing us proud by bringing home a second placing.

Well,Well,Well.We did badly for both obstacle and line-tracking race.But at least our Sec 1 Junior manage to clinched 2 awards Merit and 2nd placing for Creative Robot.At leat our Sec 1 Manage to win.

UPDATE ON THE COMPETITION.

Lost horribly for both line tracing & obstacle course cause of some stupid rule that we are not allowed on the track and we only have 45 mins to programme. And only one com can be used for programming,while we have 4 robots. On the other hand, NXT are having an easy time using their ultrasound sensors. Now we are pinning our last hopes on the creative people consisting mainly of juniors. IF YOU ARE THE PRINCIPAL AND YOU SEE THIS, PLEASE HELP COMCLUB BY FUNDING US FOR BETTER EQUIPMENTS. OUR RESULTS WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU. WE ARE SERIOUSLY UNDER-FUNDED.

Well, that it! It over. we are done for. No funding to us. No proper stuff to work with and now they are talking about moving us to a classroom. I just realised that the dumb IR-tower burnt and melt. I was shouting so loud that the next block can hear me. "HOLYSHIT !(Toot) your dumb (Toot) IR-tower !" You can forget about getting the robot ready, let alone, winning something. My mama can supply better robots. No point whining. Nobody is going to bother. Just 'chong' all the (toot) tomorrow.

Robo Challenge @ ITE 15/08/2008

This is my first post, We may die at that competition!!!! A Lot of unexpected BAD things pop out at the last minute.Firstly, some of our Sec 1 members accidentally dismantled Yong Heng Group's robot.Now they have to rebuild it!!!!!Secondly,Edison Robot's RCX crash(spoil) resulting in losing the firmware.They have to use another RCX(the lousy 1 that take a few hours to download the firmware).As it is too long to download the firmware Edison had to take home the Labtop,RCX and I-R tower(not sure how to spell).Thirdly(worst of all),i just found out, The I-R tower's cable that Edison brought home Melted !!!!! Now,He is Unable to download the firmware to the RCX. Lets hope that everything goes well for us for tomorrow's competition. I also hope that we can win some Awards for the school as Robotics have no much accomplishment for this year. I also Hoped that all goes well for our competition tomorrow.I shall Update on how we did tomorrow

Robotics meeting

1st post of this blog. Today the whole of com club, including the RoboRacers, took the NSW Computer Applications Test in 1T1 classroom together with the AV club members. After that Robotics got a scolding for making too much noise, as there is O level Oral going on. Then we were made to pack up for the competition tommorrow. Maybe doing squats later. All the best for comclub.
