Members involved in the CNY rehearsal tomorrow afternoon. Please check the most updated schedule below. I've send an email informing your subject teachers that you can only be released for early lunch at 2.15pm.
Please make sure that the team members are at the hall by 2.45pm. Aiman, pls check and ensure all present.

CCA meetings-

There's no robotics meeting this coming thursday [11FEB2010] but photography is still on.

Next week, due to Chinese New Year celebrations, cca will be cancelled and resume the following week.

Chinese New Year Schedule

Members involve in next week's rehearsal and actual day please take note of the programme and what you have to do at that time.  Rehearsal will start at 3pm. The timing in the prgramme states the actual day's timing. Aiman, please make arrangement and ensure your team knows what to do at each performance.

I'll send out an email for the members involve to be excused (unless you have a test) on Wednesday after 2pm so that you can go for your lunch.

CCA on Thursday

Dear members,

There will be a combined (Monday and Thursday) CCA day this coming Thursday 3.30pm - 5.30pm.

CCA will start at Com Lab 4

Please let all other members know, especially those who do not read this blog and also do not check out the CCA notice board.

Teachers and Committee members will help those did not select their CCA track to choose the tracks if they are absent this Thursday.

CIP - Packing for FOBT Kits for Cancer Society (Updated)

Dear members,

This is the latest update I have gotten from Mdm Siti.

"The packing will start on Wednesday(27/01/2010) immediately after school. Students can have a quick lunch and after that meet at D&T resource room (ground floor beside Kitchen1) at 2.45pm.

Ms Nurul & Ms Atiqah will guide the students what to do. It will continue throughout this week & next week and hopefully they can complete by next Friday. The Cancer Society can deliver 5000 more kits once they complete the first 5000."

So members who are keen to help and those who needed CIP hours for this year please do help to support this CIP exercise. Make sure you sign-in and sign-out on those days you are there.

CIP- packing of 5000 FOBT kits in Damai Sec

Dear members,

Cancer Society will be sending in some items for our school to help them put into kits. Instructions will be given how it has to be done. These kits will arrive on Tuesday (26th Jan) and we will need volunteers to help pack them. CIP hours will be awarded to those who participate in the event. You can also clock this in as one of our attendance events. Volunteers will need to stay back after school on Tuesday and Wednesday to help pack the kits.

I would encourage the Secondary 4/5 students to do this as this help in your CIP hours before you officially step down from your CCA after April. Seccondary 2 and 3 students who are interested may also sign up too.

A name list will be put up on the CCA noticeboard on Monday morning. This name list will be there until 3pm Monday. Interested members will need to sign up by Monday.

Lastly, please do help to spread the news about this CIP hours packing exercise.
